It's been awhile

I felt the need to post something on my blog.

Since I don't really know what to say, I thought that I would share a project that I am working on.

I am making one of these:

I am really excited because:
A.  I just really like to cross stitch
but
B.  I don't really care for how it looks in the end
so
C.  I was thrilled to find something that I actually think I might like
